1. Receved project information from client:

At the beginning of a project, we communicate with the client about the design, dimensions, and other relevant details. Once the client provides this information, we can quickly move on to the next stage.

2. We provide the shop drawings with solutions:

Following our discussion, we provide the most suitable solution based on the client's requirements and site conditions. We then prepare detailed fabrication drawings for their review and confirmation.

3. Start production after shop drawing confirmed:

Once the client has confirmed the solution and drawings, we will proceed with production, and share production photos with client for them to clear about the process and rest assured.

4. Completed installation photos:

After the installation was completed, the client was very satisfied with both the overall effect and the stability.

Outside facade: Use double-layer square tube

Inside ceiling: Using Aluminum round tube & customized curved baffle ceiling

5. Project challenges:

  1. Wide variety of products: The project involves multiple types of customized ceilings and wall panels, each with different process requirements and structural features.
  2. High design complexity: Personalized design and fabrication are required to match the restaurant’s spatial layout and atmosphere.
  3. Strict dimensional accuracy: With numerous specifications and sizes, every measurement must be precise to avoid errors on site.
  4. High installation precision: Customized products must achieve seamless connections and an integrated visual effect, which places greater demands on the installation team.
  5. Difficult coordination and collaboration: From design and production to on-site installation, close cooperation among multiple departments is essential to ensure progress and quality.

As this project was fully customized, it required extensive time and effort for communication. Remote coordination posed many challenges and occasionally led to misunderstandings. However, with close collaboration, all issues were resolved, and the project was ultimately delivered to perfection.
