Project: Aluminum screen for a new hotel project in Newly developed island
1. Receved project information from client:
At the beginning of a project, we communicate with the client about the design, dimensions, and other relevant details. Once the client provides this information, we can quickly move on to the next stage.
2.We provide the shop drawings with solutions:
Following our discussion, we provide the most suitable solution based on the client's requirements and site conditions. We then prepare detailed fabrication drawings for their review and confirmation.
3.Start production after shop drawing confirmed:
Once the client has confirmed the solution and drawings, we will proceed with production, and share production photos with client for them to clear about the process and rest assured.
4.Samples installation testing at our factory:
Since this will be used as a decorative screen without a supporting wall at the back, installation stability is particularly important. Therefore, we carry out a trial assembly in the factory first to reconfirm its stability and safety.
5. Completed installation photos
After the installation was completed, the client was very satisfied with both the overall effect and the stability.
6. Project challenge:
- The key difficulty was achieving both stability and aesthetic appearance.
- The technical challenge lay in controlling dimensional accuracy and structural strength.
